IT Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Fonvieille. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall IT strategy and operations of our company. This is a full-time position that includes accommodation and visa sponsorship, suitable for men.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an effective IT strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives
- Manage and oversee all IT infrastructure, systems, and networks to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary upgrades or improvements
- Ensure the security of all data and systems through regular backups, security measures, and disaster recovery plans
- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve our systems
- Manage relationships with external vendors for IT services or products

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; Master's degree preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, database management, system security, and cloud computing
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions

Preferred Skills:
- Certifications in relevant areas such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
