Art Director vacancy in Al-Khor Qatar

Art Director – Full-Time

We are looking for a creative and talented Art Director to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the artistic direction and visual style of our projects. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain the overall artistic vision for projects
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and high-quality work
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform creative decisions
- Manage and provide feedback to a team of artists
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with the final product
- Make decisions regarding art direction, including selecting color schemes, layouts, and other design elements
- Review and approve all artwork before it is presented to clients or used in final products
- Oversee projects from concept development through production

Requirements:

- A strong portfolio showcasing previous work as an Art Director or in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of current design trends and techniques
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable)
