Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Akron. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of their computer systems.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems
- Set up and maintain user accounts
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Educate clients on basic computer usage and troubleshooting techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Previous experience in technical support or IT role is a plus but not required
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a contract position with potential for full-time employment. Accommodation will not be provided.
