A leading architectural firm in Jerusalem is seeking a talented and creative Industrial Architect to join our team. We are looking for someone with a passion for design, strong technical skills, and a keen eye for detail.

As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their functional and aesthetic requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Design and plan industrial buildings according to client specifications
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and gather information
- Create accurate drawings, models, and renderings using computer-aided design software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs are feasible and meet building codes
- Prepare detailed project proposals, including cost estimates and timelines
- Oversee construction process to ensure design intent is met
- Conduct quality checks throughout the project to ensure adherence to design standards
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working as an Industrial Architect
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month (negotiable based on experience) along with opportunities for growth within the company.

Location:
This position is based in Jerusalem; however, we welcome applicants of all nationalities who are currently living in Israel or willing to relocate.
