Sous Chef - Albena, Bulgaria
We are a prestigious hotel in Albena, Bulgaria seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is consistently delivered to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef in menu planning and creating new dishes
- Oversee food preparation and cooking according to recipes and standards
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper storage of food items
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate employees
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bulgarian
- Ability to work well under pressure and in fast-paced environments
Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
