Commercial Architect
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Architect to join our team in Ashdod. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients to determine their needs and create designs that meet their specifications and budget. Your duties will also include creating detailed plans, obtaining necessary permits, and overseeing the construction process.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods. You should also have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and other team members.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in commercial architecture
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to determine their needs and vision for the project
- Create initial designs based on client requirements and budget constraints
- Develop detailed plans using AutoCAD or other design software
- Obtain necessary permits from local authorities
- Collaborate with contractors to ensure proper execution of designs during construction phase
- Monitor progress of construction to ensure adherence to plans and specifications
- Address any issues or concerns that may arise during the construction process
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month. Candidates must already have their own valid visa for employment in Israel. Accommodation will not be provided for this position. We welcome applicants from all nationalities who meet the requirements.
