Machine Operator

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machinery used in the production process. Your main duties will include setting up machines, adjusting and monitoring their performance, and performing quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that may arise during operation.

To excel in this role, you should have strong technical skills and the ability to read and interpret technical documents. Attention to detail is essential, as you will be working with precision equipment. Previous experience in machine operation or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production specifications
- Operate machinery during production runs
- Monitor machines for malfunctions or deviations from standards
- Make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency
- Perform quality control checks on finished products before packaging
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Communicate any problems or concerns to supervisors or maintenance team
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in machine operation is a plus
- Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role
- Technical aptitude and ability to read technical documents
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision equipment
- Basic understanding of mechanical principles and ability to troubleshoot issues
- Physical stamina and strength required for standing, bending, lifting, etc.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)

This position offers a competitive salary of $1000 per month. We are located in Sheduva, but this position is open to foreigners who are willing to relocate. We do not provide accommodation, but we offer visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
