We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating innovative and functional building layouts and structures. Your creative ideas and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize your creativity and technical knowledge to design building layouts, structures, and construction details
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to develop project plans that meet their needs
- Prepare accurate and detailed drawings using software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Conduct on-site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with plans
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and techniques to continuously improve designs
- Work within project budgets and timelines while maintaining a high level of quality

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in AutoCAD or Revit software
- Strong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Creative thinking abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
