We are seeking an experienced Glass Installation Technician to join our team in Shanghai, China. As a Glass Installation Technician, you will be responsible for installing and replacing glass in various structures such as windows, doors, and storefronts. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut glass to fit specific openings using hand tools
- Install glass panels into frames or sashes using sealants or glazing compound
- Replace broken or damaged glass in existing structures
- Fabricate and install metal frameworks for glass installation
- Ensure proper alignment and sealing of installed glass panels
- Follow safety procedures while working at heights and with heavy materials
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences for glass installation

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Glazier or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in using hand tools such as saws, drills, and measuring equipment
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights
- Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset
