Solar Installer

We are currently hiring a skilled Solar Installer to join our team in Svalbard. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar energy systems for residential and commercial properties. This is a part-time job with the potential for full-time hours as our company grows.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, batteries, inverters, and other equipment according to specifications
- Conduct site surveys to assess the best placement for solar panels
- Ensure all equipment is properly connected and functioning
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with solar systems
- Perform regular maintenance on existing solar systems
- Keep accurate records of installations and maintenance work

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a solar installer or in a related field
- Knowledge of different types of solar systems and their components
- Understanding of electrical wiring and basic construction principles
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one if not already in possession

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.
