Project Manager

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Dubai. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading all aspects of the project from start to finish. You will work closely with our team of engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement detailed project plans, including timelines and budgets
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure project stays on track
- Communicate regularly with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Manage project finances, including tracking costs and approving expenses
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for the project
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Prepare regular reports for upper management on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of Hindi is a plus)
- Solid understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software (e.g. MS Project)
- Biometric passport required for travel
