IT Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing new technologies, maintaining network security, and ensuring efficient operation of all computer systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to adapt to changing technologies in the fast-paced world of IT. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's information technology systems
- Lead a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and support as needed
- Evaluate, implement, and maintain new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Ensure network security by monitoring system activity, implementing security protocols, and conducting regular audits
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues as they arise
- Develop disaster recovery plans and procedures to minimize business disruption in case of system failure
- Train employees on new technologies or systems as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to make strategic recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong technical knowledge including networks, databases, operating systems, cybersecurity, etc.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Proven experience implementing new technologies or systems within an organization
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
