A reputable construction company in Herzliya is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment including bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and cranes.

Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction setting
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Follow project plans and blueprints
- Communicate with team members on job site
- Adhere to all safety protocols
