Personal Trainer

A busy fitness center in Fonvieille is seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in personal training.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions with clients, providing personalized exercise plans based on their individual goals and needs
- Monitor and educate clients on proper form, technique, and safety during workouts
- Motivate and support clients to reach their fitness goals through positive reinforcement and encouragement
- Continuously track progress of clients and adjust exercise plans as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a clean and organized workout space, answering client questions, and addressing any concerns
- Collaborate with other trainers to develop group fitness classes or challenges for clients

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in personal training
- Certification from a recognized organization (e.g. NASM, ACE)
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology
- Excellent communication skills to effectively connect with clients of all ages and backgrounds
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals

Salary:
Starting salary of $1500 per month with opportunities for growth based on performance.
