Carpenter Supervisor



We are seeking an experienced Carpenter Supervisor to join our team in Clairvaux. As a Carpenter Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of carpenters to ensure projects are completed on time and to high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of carpenters, providing guidance and direction as needed
- Plan and schedule carpentry projects, ensuring efficient use of time and resources
- Inspect work progress to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications
- Train new carpenters on company procedures and safety protocols
- Collaborate with other departments such as design and engineering to ensure project requirements are met
- Order materials and supplies needed for projects
- Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety regulations and protocols

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, materials, and safety practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Good physical stamina for lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions
- High attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality work

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates. This job is open to all nationalities, but preference will be given to Filipinos with own visa.
