Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate turning machines according to work orders and blueprints
- Adjust machine settings as needed to ensure proper dimensions and tolerances
- Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of operating turning machines
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot defects in products
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
