Fitter Technician

We are hiring a skilled Fitter Technician to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Fitter Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and installing mechanical equipment, such as pipes, valves, and pumps. Your duties will also include maintaining and repairing existing equipment, troubleshooting issues, and adhering to safety protocols.

To excel in this role, you should have strong technical skills and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. You must also have experience working with hand and power tools, as well as knowledge of industry safety standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and install mechanical equipment according to blueprints and schematics
- Inspect equipment for defects or malfunctions
- Troubleshoot issues and make necessary repairs
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship preferred
- At least 2 years of experience as a Fitter or similar role
- Strong technical skills with the ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Experience working with hand and power tools
- Knowledge of industry safety standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

This position is suitable for men who are physically fit and able to lift heavy objects. Fluency in English is required for this role, as well as the ability to obtain an own visa if not already residing in Beer-Sheva.
