Administrator for Malayalees in Jerusalem
We are seeking an experienced Administrator for our Malayalee community in Jerusalem. As the Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our community center. This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$ per month.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Malayalam
- Minimum of 2 years experience in administrative roles
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and multitask effectively
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the community center
- Coordinate events, workshops, and activities for the Malayalee community
- Maintain records and files, including membership information and financial records
- Handle inquiries from members and provide assistance as needed
- Liaise with local authorities and organizations to ensure compliance with regulations
- Assist with visa applications for new community members
- Provide support to other staff members as needed
