A well-established bakery in Kaunas is seeking an experienced baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and cakes. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a bakery setting and possess strong baking skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$. Accommodation can be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and cakes according to recipes
- Ensure high quality and consistency in all baked goods
- Maintain proper inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Keep work area clean and sanitized at all times
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and standards
- Train and mentor junior staff members

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a baker in a professional setting
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
- Good communication skills
