We are a reputable auto repair shop in Kaunas, specializing in body repairs for a variety of vehicles. We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Body Repair Master to join our team. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicle bodies to their original condition. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles and assess the extent of repairs needed
- Determine the most efficient and effective method of repair
- Straighten bent frames using specialized equipment
- Remove dents, scratches, and other imperfections from vehicle bodies
- Replace damaged parts or panels as needed
- Apply primer, paint, and clearcoat for a seamless finish
- Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and quality requirements

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Body Repair Master or in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of body repair techniques and tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Auto Body Repair or related field
- Prior experience working with luxury or exotic vehicles
