Body Repair Master

Our auto repair shop in Kaunas is in need of a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicle bodies to their original condition. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1800 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles and assess the extent of repairs needed
- Use specialized tools and equipment to repair or replace damaged body parts
- Straighten bent frames and panels using hydraulic equipment
- Weld or solder replacement parts into place
- Sand, prime, and paint repaired areas to match the rest of the vehicle
- Ensure all repairs are completed according to safety standards and manufacturer specifications

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Body Repair Master or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of auto body repair techniques, materials, and tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting for long periods of time
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Valid driver's license
