Merchandiser - Fashion Retail (Siauliai, Lithuania)



We are a leading fashion retail company in Siauliai, Lithuania seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for fashion and retail, looking to grow their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our stores are stocked with the latest fashion trends and merchandise. You will work closely with our buying and planning teams to develop and execute merchandising strategies that align with our brand image and drive sales. Your main duties will include:

- Conducting regular store visits to analyze stock levels, product placement, and visual merchandising.
- Collaborating with buyers to plan seasonal assortments based on market trends, customer demand, and sales data.
- Creating and maintaining product displays that are visually appealing and in line with our brand standards.
- Managing inventory levels by monitoring stock movement, identifying slow-moving products, and making recommendations for markdowns or promotions.
- Conducting regular competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends, pricing strategies, and new product launches.
- Building strong relationships with store managers to understand their needs and provide support in driving sales.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Merchandiser in the fashion retail industry. A strong understanding of market trends, customer preferences, and visual merchandising techniques is essential. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser in the fashion retail industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Must be willing to relocate to Siauliai, Lithuania and have a valid biometric passport.
