We are a bustling café in the heart of Balzers, and we are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating delicious coffee and other beverages for our customers, as well as providing excellent customer service. This position is ideal for someone with previous barista experience who is passionate about coffee and has a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to customer orders
- Ensure consistent quality in all drinks by following proper recipes and techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café's coffee station
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders, answering questions, and addressing any concerns
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of different coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends
- Preference will be given to candidates with accommodation already in Balzers or those willing to relocate at their own expense

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1000 per month.
