We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse to join our healthcare team in the United States. As a Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the US
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to healthcare team
- Educate patients and their families about disease management, self-care techniques, and medication regimens
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate medical records and document all interventions according to hospital policies
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff
