IT Manager


We are currently seeking an experienced and knowledgeable IT Manager to join our team in Os, with accommodation provided. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve overall IT operations
- Manage the company's network, servers, and hardware equipment
- Monitor system performance and ensure maximum uptime
- Oversee software development projects and ensure timely delivery
- Identify potential security risks and implement measures to protect against cyber threats
- Create and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to inform decision making
- Manage a team of IT professionals including hiring, training, and performance evaluations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of network administration, server management, and database management
- Experience with software development processes
- Strong understanding of information security protocols
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Proven leadership abilities with the ability to manage a team effectively

Preferred:
- IT certifications such as MCSE or CCNA
- Experience working in the city of Os or familiarity with its technology industry

Salary: $1700 per month
