Sales Representative


A reputable company is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Eldoret. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling products to potential customers, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This position requires strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for sales. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales, preferably in the same industry, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell products to potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company
- Keep track of market trends and competitors' activities to stay ahead in the market
- Provide timely reports on sales activities and progress to management
- Attend training sessions and conferences for continuous learning and development

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the same industry
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills and a persuasive personality
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Good knowledge of market trends and competitors' activities
- Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage

Salary: 1500$ per month plus commission on sales.

Location: Eldoret, Kenya (Preference for Kenyan nationals)

This is a full-time position with no accommodation provided. However, we offer free visa sponsorship and travel ticket upon confirmation of employment.
