Sales Representative for Kenyan Market in Eldoret


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers in the Kenyan market. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$. Fluency in English is not required for this job, but proficiency in local languages such as Swahili is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and build relationships to promote sales
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
- Provide product information and demonstrations to customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials
- Keep track of sales data and report on performance

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior in Kenya
- Proficiency in local languages such as Swahili is preferred
- Must be physically fit for regular travel within Eldoret city
