Architectural Designer


We are in need of an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Faro. As an architectural designer, you will be responsible for creating architectural designs and plans for various projects in the city. Your main duties will include creating detailed drawings, collaborating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that all designs comply with local building codes and regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and develop design concepts accordingly
- Create detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD or Revit software
- Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes and regulations
- Work closely with contractors to ensure accurate implementation of design plans
- Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to designs if needed
- Research new materials, technology, and design techniques to improve project efficiency and sustainability

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Faro, one of Portugal's most beautiful cities known for its stunning coastline, rich history, and vibrant culture. Our office is conveniently located near public transportation options.

Other Requirements:
As this position does not include accommodation, we prefer candidates who currently reside in Faro or are willing to relocate at their own expense. A biometric passport is also required for international travel.
