Our healthcare facility in El-Ain is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional care to our elderly patients. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing the medical needs of our patients, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Requirements:
- Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid license from the Dubai Health Authority (DHA)
- At least 2 years of experience in geriatric or elderly care
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)
- Experience with electronic medical records
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Biometric passport for seamless travel within the UAE

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of elderly patients' medical needs
- Develop individualized care plans and regularly evaluate their effectiveness
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and document changes in their condition
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals including physicians, therapists, and social workers to provide holistic care to patients
- Educate patients and their families on managing chronic conditions and promoting overall health
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities
- Adhere to infection control policies and procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Working hours:
This is a full-time position with rotating shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month along with accommodation provided by the company.
