Your role will be critical in maintaining our clients' satisfaction and productivity by resolving any technical problems they may encounter.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and update computer systems and software
- Set up new equipment and devices for clients
- Train users on how to effectively use computer systems and software
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve complex issues
- Keep track of client interactions and document solutions in the company's database

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networks, and software applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Strong customer service orientation with good communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to continuously learn about new technologies and stay updated with industry advancements

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position.
