Computer Support Specialist - Wiltz, Luxembourg

We are hiring a Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Wiltz, Luxembourg. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients. This includes resolving hardware and software issues, setting up new equipment, and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems. We are looking for someone with experience in IT support and a strong understanding of computer systems and networks. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1800$, without accommodation provided. A biometric passport is required for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide solutions
- Install and configure new computer equipment
- Maintain computer networks, including security measures and backups
- Train clients on how to use new software or equipment
- Keep accurate records of all support requests and resolutions

Requirements:
- Previous experience in IT support or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and networks
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Biometric passport required for international travel
