Machine Learning Engineer

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for applying machine learning techniques and use your expertise to develop scalable solutions. This position is based in Lisbon and offers a salary of $1800 per month. This is a part-time job opportunity suitable for candidates without prior experience.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems that can be solved using machine learning
- Collect, clean, and manipulate large datasets to train machine learning models
- Test and evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics
- Optimize models for scalability, efficiency, and accuracy
- Communicate findings and results to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts such as regression, classification, clustering, etc.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R
- Familiarity with data manipulation tools like Pandas or SQL
- Proficiency in working with large datasets
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment
- Knowledge of deep learning techniques such as neural networks or convolutional neural networks
- Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure or Google Cloud for handling large datasets
