Architectural Technologist - Contract Position in Os



We are currently hiring for an experienced and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our team in Os on a contract basis. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and development of architectural projects, ensuring that they meet all necessary technical and safety requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with architects and other team members to develop detailed drawings and plans for building projects
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD and Revit to create accurate 2D and 3D models
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for project designs
- Research building codes, regulations, and materials to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to review project plans and make necessary adjustments
- Prepare cost estimates for materials and labor required for projects
- Monitor construction progress to ensure that designs are being implemented correctly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an Architectural Technologist, preferably in a contract position
- Strong knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings and plans
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with a team
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
