Registered Dietitian

Our healthcare facility in Bergen is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Registered Dietitian to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Registered Dietitian, you will be responsible for providing nutrition counseling and education to patients with various medical conditions, as well as developing and implementing individualized meal plans. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field
- Valid license to practice as a Registered Dietitian in Norway
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Dietitian
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong knowledge of medical nutrition therapy and evidence-based practices

Responsibilities:
- Conducting initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of patients' nutritional needs
- Developing personalized meal plans based on patients' diagnoses, allergies, preferences, and cultural considerations
- Providing nutrition education to patients and their families/caregivers
- Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients with complex medical conditions
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient care in electronic medical records system

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month plus benefits, including accommodation.
