We are seeking a skilled Slinger to join our team in Dubrovnik. As a Slinger, you will play a crucial role in the construction process by operating cranes and other heavy machinery to move materials and equipment around the job site. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that materials are delivered safely and efficiently to their designated locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate cranes and other heavy machinery to move materials and equipment
- Ensure all materials are delivered to the correct location
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate movements
- Inspect equipment for any defects or malfunctions before use
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Report any issues or concerns to the project manager

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Slinger or similar role in construction
- Valid license/certification for operating cranes and other heavy machinery
- Good understanding of safety protocols and procedures
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical strength
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
