Call Center Customer Service Representative
A reputable call center located in Jeddah is seeking a responsible and dedicated Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner. You will also be expected to provide accurate information and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
- Follow up with customers on pending issues or requests
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions with customers
- Meet individual and team performance targets
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center or customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Salary:
