Facade Installer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Facade Installer to join our team in Washington. As a Facade Installer, you will be responsible for installing various types of building facades, including glass, metal, and stone. This position requires physical strength and technical knowledge to safely and efficiently handle materials and operate tools and equipment. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in facade installation, although we are open to considering candidates without experience who are willing to learn on the job. Fluency in English is required for effective communication with team members and clients. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1800 per month, with the option for part-time work if needed. Accommodation can also be provided for out-of-town employees. A valid biometric passport is preferred but not mandatory.

As a Facade Installer, your responsibilities will include:
- Reading blueprints and specifications to determine materials needed
- Measuring, cutting, and shaping materials to fit specific areas
- Installing various types of facade materials using appropriate tools and techniques
- Ensuring accuracy and precision in all installations
- Adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Communicating effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:
- Prior experience in facade installation preferred but not required
- Physical strength to handle heavy materials and perform tasks such as climbing ladders or scaffolding
- Technical knowledge of tools and equipment used in facade installation
- Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Fluent in English for effective communication with team members and clients
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn new skills on the job
- Availability for full-time work with flexible hours if needed
