Executive Chef - Faisalabad, Pakistan


An upscale restaurant in the bustling city of Faisalabad is seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team. Our ideal candidate is passionate about food, creative, and has a strong background in fine dining cuisine. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, from menu planning to food preparation and presentation. Your goal will be to ensure that our guests have an unforgettable dining experience by delivering high-quality dishes with exceptional taste and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and plan menus in collaboration with the restaurant management team
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all dishes prepared by the kitchen staff
- Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of ingredients and supplies
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety practices
- Monitor food costs to ensure budget goals are met
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to continually improve menu offerings and guest satisfaction

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Creative flair for developing new dishes while keeping up with current food trends
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Strong communication skills for working collaboratively with colleagues across all levels
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Education & Experience:

- Degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred but not required
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Chef in a high-end restaurant
- Knowledge of Pakistani cuisine is a plus

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
