Entry Level Sales Manager
We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our sales team as an Entry Level Sales Manager in Funchal. As an Entry Level Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This is a great opportunity for someone without experience in sales to gain valuable skills and grow within our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other methods
- Conduct market research to identify potential target markets and create strategies to reach them
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales techniques and strategies
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations accordingly
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets/deadlines
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different sales techniques
- Fluent in English (Portuguese or other languages are a plus)
