We are hiring a Teamlead to join our dynamic team in Clairvaux. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for overseeing a group of employees and ensuring the successful completion of projects and tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to motivate and inspire team members. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, assigning tasks and monitoring their progress
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects
- Identify areas for improvement within the team and implement strategies to increase productivity
- Communicate effectively with team members, providing guidance and support when needed
- Handle any conflicts or issues that may arise within the team in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong understanding of project management principles
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment is preferred but not required.
