Job Title: Teamlead for English-Speaking Customer Support (Malayalees Preferred) in Clairvaux

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our growing customer support team in Clairvaux. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing a team of English-speaking customer support representatives, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our customers from all nationalities, including Malayalees. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customer inquiries and issues are handled efficiently and effectively by your team. You will also be responsible for training and coaching new team members, monitoring performance metrics, and providing regular feedback to your team. Additionally, you will work closely with other departments to improve processes and procedures related to customer support.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and be fluent in Malayalam. Previous experience in customer service or leadership roles is preferred but not required. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.
