As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, developing and implementing IT strategies, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our network.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's information technology systems
- Oversee the maintenance and upgrades of hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Ensure the security and integrity of all company data and systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments to continuously improve our systems
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address their technology needs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, and backup systems
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with cross-functional teams
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Proven problem-solving skills
