Warehouse Supervisor

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse in Multan. You will lead a team of warehouse workers and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. This position requires previous experience in a warehouse setting and the ability to work with a diverse group of individuals.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct the activities of warehouse workers to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Train new employees on warehouse procedures and safety protocols
- Monitor inventory levels and track shipments to ensure accurate stock levels
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders and resolve any issues
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all employees
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Address any employee conflicts or concerns in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse setting, preferably as a supervisor or manager
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with inventory management software
- Must be physically fit as this job may involve lifting heavy objects or standing for extended periods of time
