Loader Operator - Al Ahmadi, Kuwait



We are in need of a skilled Loader Operator to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles. This position is open to Malayalees, Canadians, and English-speaking individuals with or without experience.

Responsibilities:
- Operate the loader safely and efficiently to load and unload materials such as sand, gravel, rocks, etc.
- Inspect equipment before use and report any defects or malfunctions
- Communicate with truck drivers to ensure safe loading and unloading procedures
- Monitor material levels on the truck and adjust loading accordingly
- Maintain a clean work area by removing debris and obstacles that may interfere with loading operations
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Perform routine maintenance on the loader as needed

Requirements:
- Must have a valid biometric passport
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent education
- Proven experience operating heavy machinery, preferably loaders
- Knowledge of safety protocols for operating heavy equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials if needed

Salary:
The salary for this position starts at 1200$ per month. Final salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications.

Contract Type:
This is a contract job with an initial duration of 1 year. Contract can be extended depending on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. Applicants must be willing to relocate if not already residing in this city.
