Entry Level Merchandiser


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Merchandiser to join our team in Muharraq. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted in a visually appealing manner to attract and retain customers. You will work closely with the sales team to support product placement and ensure that inventory levels are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up and maintaining displays of merchandise in accordance with company standards.
- Ensure that all products have accurate pricing and promotional signage.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies or shortages to the sales team.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for promoting products.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns related to product availability or pricing.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No prior experience required, but previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing environments.

Benefits:
