Office Manager - Jerusalem, Israel
We are a growing company seeking a dynamic and organized Office Manager to join our team in Jerusalem, Israel. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and providing administrative support to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and handling correspondence
- Coordinate and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Organize and maintain files and databases
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage travel arrangements for employees
- Act as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers to the office
- Assist with HR duties such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication within the company
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in HR duties such as employee onboarding/offboarding is preferred
This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates.
