Office Manager (Indian Nationals Preferred)
We are hiring an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations and administrative tasks of our office in Jerusalem. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and be proficient in English. This position requires strong organizational and multitasking abilities, as well as the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies
- Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks as needed
- Handle correspondence and communication with clients, vendors, and other external parties
- Monitor and maintain office budget, expenses, and financial records
- Assist with HR duties such as recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining employee records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Plan and coordinate events or company activities
- Conduct research and prepare reports as requested
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
