Quality Assurance Engineer


We are searching for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join our growing team in Kaunas. In this role, you will be responsible for testing and ensuring the quality of our software products before they are released to our clients. Your main duties will include creating and executing test plans, identifying and reporting bugs, and working closely with our development team to troubleshoot issues. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality products. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Create and execute comprehensive test plans for new software products
- Identify, document, and track bugs found during testing
- Work closely with the development team to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions
- Conduct regression testing to ensure previous bugs have been fixed
- Communicate effectively with team members about project progress and any potential roadblocks
- Continuously improve testing processes to increase efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
- Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and reports
- Proficient in at least one programming language (Java, Python, etc.)
- Familiarity with automated testing tools is a plus
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail
