We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other team members to create innovative and functional designs that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural projects from initial concept through construction phase
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients
- Create detailed drawings and specifications using AutoCAD or other design software
- Oversee project budgets and timelines
- Collaborate with engineers and consultants to ensure designs meet technical requirements
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction progress aligns with design plans
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on project development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in residential or commercial projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas to clients and team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Fluent English language skills
