Job Title: Senior Architect

As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects in Utena. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop designs that meet their requirements. Your expertise in building codes, safety regulations, and construction techniques will ensure that all projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop designs
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects
- Review and approve plans, designs, and materials
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Oversee the construction process to ensure quality and adherence to plans
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Provide guidance to junior architects on design concepts and technical aspects of projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect in a similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction standards
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget

We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this contract position. Accommodation will also be provided for the duration of the contract. Candidates must have their own valid visa for working in Utena.
